These terms and conditions outline the important information you need to know when booking and attending our events. They cover payment, tickets, dress code, conduct, and entry policies.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket holders and attendees. By purchasing a ticket or paying your invoice, you are entering into a binding agreement and accept all terms outlined below. Please read carefully before making payment.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of being issued.

  • Unpaid invoices may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without further notice.

  • Once payment has been made, your booking is confirmed and subject to all terms listed in this document.

3. Tickets and Admissions

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Resale is not permitted. Tickets must be used only by the person named on the booking.

  • Entry will be denied if the name on the ticket does not match the valid photo ID presented at the door.

  • Only digital tickets are accepted. These must clearly display your name and be presented upon arrival.

4. Table Bookings

  • Table reservations are confirmed upon payment and cannot be changed, downgraded, or upgraded once processed.

  • Changes to seating arrangements will not be permitted on the night of the event.

5. Dress Code

  • This is a black tie event. All guests must dress appropriately to gain entry.

  • Guests not meeting the dress code may be refused entry without refund.

  • Not permitted under any circumstances:

    • Trainers

    • Sportswear

    • Man bags

    • Hoodies

    • Casual or streetwear attire

6. Age and Identification

  • This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

  • Valid photo ID is required for all attendees.

  • Acceptable forms of ID include passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID with photograph.

7. Entry and Behaviour

  • Entry is at the discretion of security and event management.

  • Guests who appear visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or act aggressively will be refused entry or removed without refund.

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

8. Venue Rules

  • No external food, drinks, or illegal substances are allowed on site.

  • Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Guests must follow instructions from staff and security at all times.

9. Photography and Media

  • Photography and video recording will take place during the event.

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and for that material to be used in promotional content or on social media.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the organisers prior to the event.

10. Liability and Responsibility

  • All guests attend at their own risk.

  • The organisers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • We are also not liable for injury, illness, or other incidents that occur as a result of attending the event, except where required by law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment of your invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions listed in this document. These terms apply to you and any guests included in your booking.
