Starting out on pirate radio before moving into London’s underground club circuit, he quickly became a standout talent during the formative years of UK dance music.

His rise mirrored the explosion of the Ibiza scene in the early 90s, where he became a resident at iconic venues such as Space, Es Paradis, and Amnesia. Alex was also a driving force behind the Clockwork Orange movement, a celebration of unity, freedom, and pure house energy that continues to hold a loyal following.

As one of the original DJs at Ministry of Sound, Alex helped set the tone for a generation of ravers. He has played across the world — from Miami to Marbella — delivering vibrant, high-energy sets that combine technical mastery with a deep love of the music.
