David Noble is a former professional footballer and current manager whose career was defined by composure, leadership and an intelligent reading of the game. A product of Arsenal’s academy, he developed into a calm and technically gifted midfielder before building a career across the Football League and beyond.

David’s playing career spanned over a decade in English football, with notable spells where his vision and creativity shaped the teams he played for. He represented the following clubs:

Among his proudest moments were helping Bristol City secure promotion to the Championship in 2007, including a famous stoppage-time strike in the play-off semi-final against Crystal Palace. At Exeter City, he wore the captain’s armband and became a trusted figure both on and off the pitch.


Noble also represented England at youth levels before switching allegiance to Scotland, earning caps for their Under-21 and B teams.


Known for his calmness under pressure, accurate passing and ability to dictate play, David brought focus and authority to midfield throughout his career. Since moving into management, he has continued to apply the same clarity and purpose, guiding teams with experience and determination.
